Material, inks used and durability

Our backdrops banners...
• Are printed on heavy 13 oz vinyl material; a lightweight and durable material.
• Are printed using High Quality UV resistant inks to prevent color fading.
  (colors are garanteed to remain unchanged for 3 to 5 years if not exposed to direct sun light)
• Have a matte, softer, flatter finish that do not glare under bright lighting.
• Can be up to 4.5 foot tall X 125 foots wide, in a single piece of material.
• Can be used indoor or outdoor, and can be washed with a humid soft tissue.

Options and customization

• You can enter your own dimensions and crop the picture if needed.
• You can modify existing dimensions by entering the customization tool again.
• You can choose to have your banner hemmed (reinforced) on four sides for free.
• You can choose to add grommets every few feet (metal "donuts"), for free.
• You can also order your banner as just plain printed piece if preferred.

Price calculation and minimum order amount

• A minimum order of 6 square foot is required.
• Total price is calculated by square foot but you can use any values for your dimensions; they will be rounded to the nearest feet for price calculation only.
• Quantity discounts applies on the total number of sq.ft. (see table above).

Shipping, turn around time and delays

• Free shipping for all shipments to Canada and USA!
  (for shipments outside Canada and USA, please contact us for a shipping price quote prior to pay)
• We will send you a digital proof within 48 hours after your payment.
• Backdrops are generally printed in 24 to 48 hours after proof is approved.
• For faster transit times, backdrops are shipped directly from our provider via UPS
  (if you have any other products within the same order, you will receive two packages).
• Once shipped, It takes up to 10 business days to receive your order.
• Your backdrop will be well protected and shipped in specialty tubes.

Return policy
You approve your design proof before we print your order. This allows us to virtually eliminate any errors. If there is still an error on our part, do not hesitte to contact us and we will find a solution.
Note: Sometimes there might be a slight variance between colors on the proof and on the actual product. This could be for many reasons including calibration of your screen, so these variations are not considered errors.

Some advantages of JPG downloads:

• There is only a 24h delay to receive your JPG file.
• You might know a large format print shop being able to print your backdrop.
• Print on the material of your choice.
• You will be able to adjust colors or modify image with any good photo manipulation program.

Our unique process allow you to fully customize your backdrop scenery banner. This is a very useful tool if you need to fit exact dimensions of a wall or a display, and be sure the backdrop image will fit your model scale elements.

We offer various themes that can be used in various situations:
model railroad projects, thematic dioramas, architectural scale models, spacecraft / sci-fi / fantasy, war and historical dioramas, etc.

We did all the required Photoshop work on original pictures to ensure they can be used in a large time range and without any "logical errors":

• Removal of all electric poles and cables, when possible
• Extension and color uniformisation, or complete replacement of the sky
• Removal of any "measurable" elements on first plan (to avoid comparison between printed elements and model scale objects near your background decor)
• Removal of roads and paths on first plan
• Removal of persons and cars, if any (except for cities)
• Adjustement of the horizontal axis
• Color calibration, enlightment of some shadows

As all our other printable products, you can always order your product as a downloadable file to print your banner by yourself (you will have to find a large format print shop).
