• How do I create an account?

1) Click the Create your account link at the top right hand side of our website.
2) Enter a valid email address (this will be your login name).
3) Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.

Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.

• What is a temporary account (guest purchases)?

When you place an order as guest, our system creates a temporary account for you.

This temporary account gives you the ability to follow your order and/or download your files directly from our website.

Your temporary account is deactivated when your order is completed (or after 30 days).

• Can I turn my temporary account into a permanent account?

If you want to turn your temporary account to a permanent account, all you have to do is to log to your temporary account and modify the temporary password for your own value.

• How do I edit my account information?

Once logged in, click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our website to edit your account information.

• I forgot my password

1) Click the Log in link, located above the horizontal categories menu.
2) Above the login box, click on the link "Need to reset password?".
3) Enter the email address used to register and click on the "Reset Password" button
4) We will send an email to you with a new password.

Once logged in with this new password, you will be able to change this password for your own in the Personal Information page.

• How do I delete my account

To delete your account, send us a message.

• I am not able to create an account, my country is not in the dropdown list

If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, contact us. and we will add your country to the list.
