Each package includes a $100.00 CAD coverage (Except Lettermail and Light Packets services).
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected, special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
We cannot be responsible for any damages during transport; this is why we offer insurance.
We encourage you to choose a delivery service that includes insurance and we will do all procedures for you if your package is not delivered or is broken.

How much will be my shipping?

When printing your shipping label, we will be glad to refund the exceeding amount paid if the difference is exceeding one US dollar.

Once logged in, click the My Orders link at the top right hand side of our website.
1) In the Order History page, open the detail of your order to check the order status and make sure your order was shipped.
2) If your order detail page displays a Tracking Number, open the tracking URL to track your shipment and see what happened with your package.
3) In the same page, take note of the delivery service you selected for your order, then compare the shipping delay associated with this shipping method to calculate the date your order should have been received.
