Return Policy

Returns are not accepted on printable product (prints or downloads).
Each product is customized by the buyer and with all possible combinations we offer over 30 000 variations. We cannot resell them once printed.

For copyright protection purpose, and because we can't verify if you downloaded and used your PDF, we do not accept returns on PDF files. Please remember you can always generate a PDF preview prior to buy for all our printable products.

Returns are accepted for all diorama products only in the case of you think that your item did not correspond to the given description. We take care about giving an accurate description of our products, as well using detailed pictures. If you have any question prior to buy, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to give you more information about our products.

Returns procedures

If you need to return an item, we will need to receive your package within 20 business days (approximately one month). Our postal address is printed on the invoice included with your order as well as on your package.

Please note that PayPal allow refunds for 60 days, starting from the payment date. On reception of your package, you will be refunded for your purchase. This refund will be automatically applied to the same method used for your payment (credit card, PayPal balance, etc).

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
