Here is some useful information to make sure our website features work properly (signing in, cart, PDF previews, etc).

If you experience any unsolved problem, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Browser requirements and diagnostics

  • Be sure cookies are enabled on your browser
  • Your browser appears to have cookies enabled, perfect!
  • Be sure to use a recent browser
  • You are currently using ? version ?, perfect!
  • A minimal screen resolution of 1024x768 is recommended


Open, view and print PDF files

  • If you can't see our logo in the box below,
    it means your browser is not curently able to display PDF files.


  • This is not a real problem because you can always view our PDF files using Google Docs PDF Viewer. You have nothing to install to your computer, the alternative link is always provided when you generate your PDF previews.

    These browsers have a native support for viewing PDF files:
    Google Chrome (PC / Mac) • Safari (Mac / iPad)

    If you are using another browser, you may want to install Adobe Reader.
    Once installed, open Adobe Reader and verify that your preferences are set correctly:
    (Preferences / Internet / Display PDF in browser using... must be set to Adobe Reader) then restart your browser.
    Another solution is that you can always save the PDF preview on your computer with a special button at the top of the preview pane, then open the PDF file with Adobe Reader.
